Bradford Cobb named chief financial officer for Mohegan Sun Pocono


With more than two decades in the casino industry, most recently as vice president of finance at Hollywood Casino in Baton rouge, LA, Bradford Cobb joins the executive team at Mohegan Sun Pocono in Wilkes-Barre, Penn., as the new chief financial officer (CFO). As CFO, Cobb will oversee all of the financial accounting, regulatory compliance, labor and productivity departments, budgets and analysis, among much more.

He has a great deal of experience, leadership and talent shown throughout numerous high level roles in the casino and resort industry. Cobb started his career as an accountant for a Las Vegas based casino and hotel in the mid-90s and his career has taken him to Biloxi, MS, where he was named casino assistant controller, and Hollywood Casino in Baton Rouge, LA, where he was a first hired as financial controller, and later elevated to VP of finance in 2011. Throughout his career, Cobb has administered and successfully executed various projects involved with player rating systems and developing management teams.
He now joins one of the leading gaming, entertainment and dining destinations in Pennsylvania at Mohegan Sun Pocono, who recently named.
Cobb is a graduate of Bryant College in North Smithfield, R.I., where he studied managerial accounting.
